注：
(1)建筑学博士(原建筑史与建筑理论博士)项目要求申请者拥有五年制建筑学学士(B.Arch)学位，外加建筑史或建筑理论专业硕士毕业。某种情况下，如申请者毕业于其他领域的硕士项目，也可考虑录取
(2)城市规划博士项目要求申请者硕士毕业，拥有城市规划或与之相关学科的专业背景，且硕士GPA3.3以上。此外，申请者本科需修读过至少90个学分的通识教育课程，如社会科学、人文科学或自然科学
(3)其他硕士项目通常要求申请者本科毕业，建筑学或规划相关硕士项目要求具备一定的建筑学或规划背景，古迹保护要求具备一定的社会科学或考古科学知识背景，房地产开发不限专业
(4)官网另一处博士项目申请截止日期均为1月3日，根据上封邮件内容，建议尽早申请;博士项目均需通过文理研究生院申请
